Dawda ("the App") is a white noise and sleep sound application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Dawda collects minimal information:

• Audio URLs: When you paste a link, the URL is sent to our server to extract the audio stream. We do not store these URLs after processing.
• Listening Statistics: Total listening time and session count are stored locally on your device only.
• App Preferences: Your settings (language, default timer, etc.) are stored locally on your device.
• Subscription Status: Managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store any payment information.

How We Use Information

We use the information solely to:

• Extract audio from the URLs you provide
• Display your listening statistics within the app
• Remember your preferences across sessions
• Verify your subscription status through Apple

Data Storage

All personal data (preferences, listening stats, saved sounds) is stored locally on your device. Audio URLs are processed by our server in real time and are not retained. Cached audio files are stored on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit: Handles in-app subscription purchases and payment processing. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
• Audio Extraction Server: Processes URLs you provide to extract audio streams. No personal data is sent to this server beyond the URL itself.

Children's Privacy

Dawda does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation or personal information to function.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
