These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dawda application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Dawda offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
You are solely responsible for the URLs you provide to the App. You must have the right to access the audio content from any URL you submit. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the App to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
The App, including its design, features, and original content (ambient sounds, interface, branding), is owned by Dawda and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Audio extraction depends on third-party sources and may not always be available.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected within the App and on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms of Use, please contact us at support@dawda.app.
